CLS UNIVERSAL HUB V2 Ticket

Hi Guys,


so on the 18/10 i bought a Universal HUB v2 with a 330 rim everything was fast and delivered to me in the 23.

unfortunately the USB HUB has the two two way switches faulty, one being completely broken and the other acting funny. I immediately opened a ticket providing a video too but since the 23/10 apart from the mail that confirmed ticket was being processed i got no info at all. I'm kind of disappointed that it takes Fanatec less time to ship an order and for me to receive it than replying to a ticket and offering support. for me it should be the other way around. any clue ?

  • You know that this are just 3 working days by now?!

    They had support response times of over 1 month, lately a few weeks, so you will need to be a bit more patient. I expect they reply to you by the end of next week.

  • ok , i'm sorry fot the people going through these long wait but this doesn't mean we should just accept it and not say anything about it.

    customer satisfaction should be first priority if you want to build loyalty.

  • you dont have to accept it. But its not a new occurrence - just look at the posts on this forum going to back to last November - So many were about the lack of response to tickets/emails etc. There were (are?) even multiple stickied posts about it....
