Complaint - order product, canceled by Fanatec and no refund.
Hey Fanatec Team,
It possible to get a refund for the wire transfer from a month ago when the order was canceled? We're talking about €845 here. You have my order number below.
To remind you, you canceled the order after the transfer was already sent, and now you've had my money for 26 days with no refund, despite your emails.
This story and communication is unbelievable and clearly shows what kind of company you are.
For over a month, we’ve been receiving emails saying the refund is “in process,” yet there’s still no resolution or deadline, and no other communication explaining the delays for the refund. But you have my money
I’m not even going to include all the unanswered emails here, but I hope this message finally gets a response.
Your actions make it clear that fairness isn’t a priority for your company.

Going through the same process regarding a refund from three months ago. It took them two months to tell me where to send. The warehouse received the items two weeks ago and so far nothing. Frustrating company to deal with. Glad I left them.
My csl dd has a life threatening electrical problem! Sparks literally coming from the wheelbase and doesn't turn on when connected to my rig.
I have opened a ticket but not expecting much help from fanatec even though this is an extremely dangerous electrical fault.
Think I'll be leaving fanatec very soon also and I'll never be back that's for damn sure

I'm in a similar situation to you, my account was deactivated but after submitting the form they never got back to me and it's been a week now.
I've opened a complaint with Corsair and am currently waiting for their response.
Still no news from Fanatec, despite sending follow-up emails. It’s also impossible to reach anyone by phone...
