can I connect my Podium DD1 (PS4) Base with my PS5 via USB B to USB C Cable?
Actually it is connected via the Cable (D) in the attached picture, which seems like an USB B to USB A Cable.

Yeah, thank you. As I already mentioned, it is actually connected via USB-A Cable (D in the picture). The question is, if I can switch to a similar cable (D) with the USB-C instead of USB-A or if this causes any problems. Alternative question: Can I use an adapter from USB-A to USB-C without having input lags beacuse of this adapter.
usb is just a usb, they are all same , just different cable format sizes
Should not be a problem if it's right spec.
On my PS5 Slim I use a USB A to USB C adapter that came with a Dell laptop. It works well with no issues. I have used it with CSL DD Pro and DD1.
there is also the adapters as well indeed, they may cost even less than full cable self
