No reply on fanatec support

Hello,
Something happened with my order and they cancelled the delivery after it had been dispatched. I have start a ticket about this for several weeks but I still haven't received any response from fanatec except the automatic reply email. I would like to know how long it will take to get a reply in the US.
The order number is 2032165.

Hey sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your order. I have your ticket number and it's currently been escalated to our highest tier of support while they investigate the issue for you. There might be some radio silence but once there is an update you will be notified asap!
