PEDALS TO WHEEL BASE DON'T WORK

I have a problem with my CSL pedals (i think that's a wheel base rj12 Port).

I've already sent my CSL DD to repair with a ticket because the pedals works in fanatec control panel directly connected to USB whit CLUBSPORT USB adapter but they don't work at all connected to wheel base!!!

I recived back my CSL DD but there Is the same problem.

What can i do now???????? Please help me!!

Hey sorry to hear about this issue,  I believe you should first ensure that you have the latest drivers installed. To check, open the Fanatec Control App.

If you already have the latest driver, there should be an option to repair your Fanatec files/drivers within the app.

Additionally, double-check that the pedals are connected properly (Send updated photos if you can).

Once you’ve done all of that, try turning off your CSL DD and wait for the blue light to go out. Then, plug it back in and restart your PC. Could you also share with me your ticket number with us I'd like to check the history of your ticket so I can have more context.

  • I have the lastest version of all drivers and also of the pedals driver by clubsport usb adapter (the only way to check pedals on control panel) and all works.

In photo only clubsport adapter with pedals was connected to USB.

    My ticket code Is 2007755704

  • Worked at one time or never? If never maybe a bad Rj12 cable?

  • I have played from May 24 and everything was good.

I've tried with the rj12 cable of the shifter and there Is the same problem. If the issue were with the cable, the pedals wouldn't work even through USB.

  • Connector get pulled accidently on the base? They are not very strong - does it move at all?

  • Wheel base ports was Just replaced as you can see in the 1st photo...

  • So not quite clear on sequence -

You got base and it worked for a while w pedals connected to base?

Then pedals stopped working connected to base?

Connected by USB indicates base issue, not pedals

You sent in for repair and they sent it back and still didn’t work?

    - sorry your first picture doesn’t show much other than ports with a bunch of tape like residue

if you recieved it back and it still didn’t work, no updates or drivers will fix it so the response above from Mars was not correct - you need to contact support again

  • It’s correct, the pedals stopped working when connected to the base. I noticed that the pedals worked when connected directly via USB, so I sent the base for repair. It was returned with the ports fixed (I believe the residue you see in the photo was caused by the soldering done during the repair).

Even though an issue was identified with the port, the pedals still didn’t start working again. Yesterday, I tried connecting my pedals to a friend's identical base, and they still didn’t work.

So now I think the issue lies with the pedals, but I’m wondering why they still work when connected via USB to the control panel?
