Positive feedback

Yes, I know there is a lot of negative posts here, but I also want to share that I'm very satisfied with the repair process I experienced. (after the corsair takeover)

My base (Clubsport DD) had a severe coilwhine, I created a support ticket, got response next day, that I will get repair ticket and shipment label.

Received that 2 days later, brought the package to UPS and 7 days later I received a perfectly working wheelbase back. Living in the Netherlands, and shipment did to the Germany and back.

I cannot complain, just wanted to share also some positive news here.

  • That's good to hear things are improving! I also received a response from their support team within a couple days of my request, and the follow up emails were 1 day behind that.

  • I can admit it to that I have a good experience with the fanatec support! Had also a base with coil whine and it doesn’t wanna work anymore it was fixed within 2 weeks and it was just with the Corsair overtake.
