Hello. I've been waiting for an answer from the support team since July 17th! I have a new clupsport DD that I used for 30 minutes because something wasn't right. Is this waiting time still normal?

It seems to be normal, but it should not be..
I have had a support ticket going for 4 months ... still unresolved,
Corsair have reached out, but it's now been 11 days since they last contacted me..
So Frustrating?.Honest I'm at the point where I'd like a full refund and switch to another brand..
I also wrote to Corsair. They apologized and forwarded it to Fanatec. Since then, another month without hearing anything lol
