Hole in the box and endurance module monitor destroyed

Good morning, I received the package on Friday 15 at work, I was not shown anything and they left the packages on the counter. I realized that ordered 5 items and 4 arrived... One parcel had remained in Germany. I'm done late to work, I pick up my packages and take them home. I couldn't mount anything anyway because the podium hub was missing. Saturday 16 morning I start to look at the packages and I notice a hole in the endurance box. a hole that I later discovered went through the whole box to end up in the monitor. You can see from the photos that it is a clear and violent hole. What should I do? Will it be replaced? Externally, the sign did not suggest such damage. Thank you. I have already opened a ticket
