McLaren GT3 display flashing, button 13 permanently activated

Hi all,

Hoping somebody can help with this issue. Recently the display on my McLaren wheel has started to flash and tonight when attempting to map the wheel in Assetto Corsa and AMS2 its telling me button 13 is constantly activated (see links).

I've tried updated the wheel firmware, switched to CSL 320 V2 and even switched back from QR2 to QR1 but the problem would not go away.

Any thoughts on the issue here? Is it the DD itself?

    Hi, Mars, thanks for getting in touch.

    I followed your suggestion on Reddit as well as blowing each connectioin/socket with air without success. It's happening to multiple wheels and both QR2 and QR1 lite so have managed to determine the issue must lie elsewhere.

    I have attached some additional photos to my Reddit post showing the fault still being present on second wheel and the condition of the wheel sides and base side.


    Could it be the DD itself? Please let me know if you need me to try anything else or send additional images.
