Clubsport DD+ FFB loss and shifting loss after Firmware update

I updated my Firmware to 463. Since doing that my Wheelbases loses FFB and Shifting capabilities. This is absolutely new since the update. I reverted back to the previous Firmware and the problem persists.

Any information on how to correct this?

Thanks

    Hi Matthew,

    Thanks for reporting the issue.

Which steering wheel(s) do you use and does it happen with every wheel in case you have multiple ones?

Were you only installing an older driver again or were you also manually downgrading each firmware version through the firmware manager? Plese do so if not done already.

What is this previous Firmware version you were going back to?

Did you use that same version before and had no issues? Is there another one like driver 455 you could go back to and give it a try including manually downgrading the firmware through firmware manager?

  • Hi Marcel,

I downgraded the wheelbase to the previous version. I will attempt to downgrade the other components. I'll need to figure out how to do that.

I have the Porsche Endurance Module and the CSL Elite v2 pedals.

    Thanks,

    Matt

  • Marcel,

I originally updated my firmware to 463. This is when the problems started to occur. I only downgraded the wheelbase as that is the only driver I could find.

Fanatec Support asked me update all firmware again.

Where would I find all the past drivers for my equipment?

    Hi Matthew,

Sorry for the late response, you can find older drivers here: Driver Releases and Discussions — Fanatec Forum

Hi Benjamin, can you give me some more info on how the issue is happening for you? We are trying to reproduce it more reliably so we can fix the issue and are happy about all info we can get.
