Gran Turismo DD Extreme settings

Hello,

I play GT7 on PS5 and just purchased Gran Turismo DD Extreme wheel+base and v3 pedals.

I am trying to find out how to deal with settings of this hardware, which is mostly connected to Playstation 5 console.

My question is — do I have to connect my hardware to PC every time I need to make some changes in its settings/calibration or is it possible to do so without reconnecting it from PS5?

    You can change the settings from the tuning menu on the steering wheel at any time while playing.

    Also you can use the A setting in the tuning menu to have GT7 set the values, which are actually pretty good for the DD+ or copy them and adjust to your taste

    Hello and welcome to the Fanatec community! Great to hear that you've got the Gran Turismo DD Extreme wheel and V3 pedals – you're in for an awesome experience! To answer your question, you don’t need to reconnect your hardware to a PC every time you want to make changes or calibrate it. Most settings for PS5 can be adjusted directly on the wheel itself through the button menu or the Fanatec Control Panel when connected to a PC.

    However, if you want to fine-tune settings or update firmware, you’ll need a PC to do that. Once done, you can simply plug it back into your PS5, and you’re good to go! Best, your Fanatec team.
