Gran Turismo Wheel Base Repair

My wheel base isn't communicating with the console - I power it on, to goes through the start up cycle, but won't connect to the XBox. I replaced the USB A to C cable to no avail. How do I go about sending the base in for professional repairs through Fanatec?

    Hey there Tim. If you haven’t already done so, please reach out to our Support Team by logging into your account and clicking on the support button next to your products. Go to "My Account" > "My Products", where you can select the product(s) in question and open a ticket by clicking the "Support" button (If the support ticket is greyed out, make sure to add the product's serial number by clicking on "Add serial number/invoice”).   • If you're using a Grand Turismo DD Pro base, have you got an Xbox wheel attached? it won't work with the Grand Turismo wheel

    it's only compatible with an Xbox wheel
