GT Pro 5nm bundle - UPS Lost parcel potentially..
Hi I ordered this bundle on the 15th November 2024.
25th November 2024 today I call ups customer service uk to ask where my parcel is as it was due to be delivered on 23rd November Saturday just gone.. fast forward ups have told me to file for a claim of lost parcel which I have done takes 8 business days to try and locate the order..
I've contacted paypal to raise a dispute for a full refund.
I actually can't believe my parcel is lost end of the day. Cost me £628 with shipping to not recieve a item. I've contacted fanatec support but has anyone ever had this happen to them and if so what was your outcome and how long did it take to refund or replacement sent out?
