How to get replacement screws for Fanatec cockpit?

Can anyone help me? We bought a racing sim for my dad back in September, and it turns out it is missing hardware, specifically P2 x4 and P3 x8. We have tried repeatedly to contact customer service but we have received no response from them. After trying to get a hold of them we tried to return it, but they conveniently responded only to tell us that it was outside of the 14-day return window and could not be returned...and completely ignored the fact that we said we would like to buy replacement hardware or return the cockpit.

Can anyone tell me how to either purchase new hardware or how to rig the cockpit together?
