Stock QR2 Lite
Hello Fanatec,
Please let us know if EVER the QR2 Lite will come into stock, so that ALL of us can buy your Ready to Race bundles in Europe. You have just the right price point. Dont bring back stock and increase the price. If you do, we will all go to MOZA your competitor for showing bad faith.
You already have a bad reputation with delivery and stock issues, etc. With the immense competition, am sad to say you are on a path of self destruction and permanent loss of business, no matter how good your product is.
Customer service is customer service. Moza has now become a Sim giant, when a few years ago, yourselves and Thurstmaster were a Dual Power and Moza was non existent. Moza rose to the top because of transparency and great Customer Service not neccesarily because of their products (in my opinion not so great and over priced).
Remember, customer is King and if you make Kings happy, there's no limit to overflow their riches for you.
So please, be transparent and flexible and tell us, what future does Fanatec hold starting with stock and prices.
