Loose FFB

in Wheel Bases (and Racing Wheels) 
Hello I have problems disconnecting the FFB I updated the PC driver version 4.64 and fanalab 2.01.54.
 I can no longer race online for fear of disconnection during each race. I had no problems with the 4.62 
so I reinstalled it but the problem came back please keep me informed thank you I have a csldd steering wheel mclaren steering wheel

    I tried to enter the serial number of my mclaren steering wheel and it didn't work can you have my serial numbers 
with my order number and invoice because my base is well installed and not easy to remove. thank you for keeping me informed 
I can't take any more of these FFB losses thank you in advance
