DIY Steering Wheel with Fanatec DD+: Can It Achieve Maximum Torque Output？

The steering wheel setup I plan to assemble: QR2 Pro + Podium + Dodomes Wheel.

My base is a Fanatec DD+, and I want to ask if my DIY steering wheel can unlock the base's maximum torque of 15Nm?
