QR2 Pricing and Availability

Does anyone know if QR2s are expected to come without an extra cost on the wheels at some point? For example, I want the Formula V2.5 steering wheel, but I either have to pay an extra €100 or order it with the QR1 (currently out of stock)


I’m not willing to pay what I consider an overcharge on the product. The QR1 came included for free; will the QR2 never do the same? I’ll keep waiting

    Hey Jaime, Currently, Fanatec steering wheels, such as the Formula V2.5, come standard with the QR1 system unless otherwise specified. Upgrading to the QR2 quick release does involve an additional cost. While we understand your perspective, we don’t have any official announcements or plans at this time regarding the inclusion of the QR2 system as a default option without extra charge.
