Need RMA for DD Pro

I need an RMA please.(2007895398) Can you please speed up my process a little on my birthday (December 2nd) my DD Pro base is broken and I have entered an email under support ticket (but for the load cell) because my DD Pro cannot be registered (known problem with the serial number )
I would be very happy if you forward my request directly.

Hang tight, fanatec support received my wheel base back in August and still nothing.... 5 months and nothing...
Now I have contact and RMA. 16 days is not good but they communikate this to on the Website
@felix strange I would open a new ticket in the Account I think the mail/support ticket is missing/failed in the system
