I have a fanatec dd pro and the light on the wheelbase is yellow and nothing happens when I press the button on the base. the wheel says USB not connected when I start it up. Last friday everything was perfectly fine, I didn't touch anything. All the firmware is up to date but somehow the wheel isn't working. Any idea's?

    Sounds like a Shaft disconnection

    Watch the image, be aware that 10nm torque is not accurate anymore. WE THINK it's 15nm torque. Hope this helps!

    Thanks for your reply. Everything is connected properly (also the shaft). I even connected the wheel to my PC and did a forcefeedback test via the Fanatec control panel and every thing was fine. I tried all the USB ports on the ps5. The light on the base stays yellow no matter what I do. If I press it, it stays yellow. Normaly you can cycle through the different modes if you press the powerbutton.

    My base broke. The C conector to the wheel broke and I need a replacement. Attached you can find the picture of the part. Do you have it? How much is the cost? Thanks
