Workshop Alternatives for Fanatec in Germany?

Hey,

I don't know if I got the right category, but I try it here. I have a broken podium wheel base (DD2) which isn't recognized as a USB device. I tried very much like reinstall the fanatec driver, install older drivers, tried other usb-ports. Nothing works.. I already contacted the fanatec support but I read that an answer can last about 3 months. However I need my wheelbase in the next month because of the next racing league of my community..

Are there alternatives, where I can sent my wheelbase to repair the broken firmware? I would be very happy if there is a fast solution..
