Hello, I bought the Gran Turismo EXTREME, installed an update, then connected it to the PS5 and played GT7. Two days later I wanted to play GT7 again but the steering wheel remained black, no OLED display and could no longer be connected to the PS5. The steering wheel was plugged back into the PC an update because 1.0.7.0 is installed but the update is not applied when I turn the base off and then turn it back on again, I am back to 1.0.3.2 please help me, thank you

Hey there Tobias! It seems like the update isn't applying correctly after turning off your base. One thing you can try is ensuring the latest firmware is installed using the Fanatec Control Panel or Fanalab. After updating, safely eject the base before disconnecting it, and then power cycle the wheelbase by turning it off for a few minutes before turning it back on. Reconnect it to your PC and check if the firmware version updates to 1.0.7.0. If not, try applying the update again through the Fanatec Control Panel. If the issue continues, try a hard reset by holding the power button on the base for 30 seconds, then reconnect and check the firmware version once more. If you're still having trouble, contacting Support would be the next step, as they can offer deeper troubleshooting or assist with any further issues. Let us know how it goes! Hopefully, you're back racing soon! 😊

Please learn to use commas and points, it's incredibly difficult to read your text as it's just a big mess of jumbled sentences.
If multiple attempts of updating the firmware did not help, then it's likely to be a hardware fault and needs to be replaced.
Hello guys, I’m having the same problem as above.
Wheel just suddenly stopped working mid game playing Gran Turismo. LED oled display on the wheel would no longer show any more and unable to connect wheel Back to PlayStation via PS button. It is on the PlayStation 5 mode via base.
I tried to update the wheel to see if it would sort it out. The wheel updates to version 1.0.7.0 but still doesn’t not work. The Oled LED screen turns on straight after the update but then goes dead and the wheel can’t be used.
The wheel is still detected by Fanatec control panel but it doesn’t work. When I click tests wheel functions none of the functions work except the Force feedback test which is done by the base.
It’s like the wheel just doesn’t want to boot up at all. System is only 3 days old
