USA RMA/70091 DD+ base has been sent back for repair for a full four months still no response

I sent the DD+ base back at the end of August as requested by Fanatec. After confirming they received it, I’ve been in a state of waiting. I inquired once in October, and they said it was being processed. Now, it has been a full four months.

I sent an email last week seeking a solution but received no response, so I'm reaching out here for assistance.
