Paypal payment

Hi all , I cannot pay with paypal , I receive this message Your payment could not be processed, please resubmit order.

During the connexion Paypal the paypal box close and I receive this message in loop.

Someone can help please ?

    I've scoured the forum and I realize that the problem is being encountered by quite a few people, but that nothing is being corrected. I think that fanatec doesn't want our money or is directing us more towards a card payment.

  • use a pc when you todo shopping, also make sure that popup blocker allows open the pages.

  • I used PC even 3 pc with different setting and i don't have a blocker. the issue is Fanatec side.

  • I create another account as mentionned in another topic but same issue

  • Always same explanation from fanatec, user error, use another browser or whatever, maybe they should do something about it, I just dont understand that they are always nlaming user error or something, even user says that using diffrerent browser, different devices, hpw can be it user error and not eror in fanatec end? I dont understand. WHen I was involved some web programming, the user input was read and errors were fixed, not always saying that it is user error. TIme has changed a lot to wrong direction.

  • It is the habit and the way of fanatec, always asying just change your browser, clear cache, check this and that, nothing done by fanatec. The odds of random added products to shopping cart ha been there for years if I have understand correctly, I notced that few months ago, when I first was checking fanatec products and I am surpised that nothing is done for it. Just some nonsense said that nothing can be done. Just I cannot understand why this has not been fixed by today or yesterday.

    I tested everything , I create a New virtual machine with firefox => Same issue

    I change physical computer => Same Issue

    I disable blocker etc => same Issue

    I test Safari and edge and chrome => Same issue

    I test onlyn mobile => same issue

    I created new account ==> same ISSUE


    Please fanatec stop the bullshit about user error and take the action about the dev.
