Delivery nonsense!

order number 2062399 and 2072500.

Initial order (2062399) on 9th Dec for Gran Turismo® DD Pro bundle. €724.60 paid from my account

UPS delivery initiated by Fanatec on 10th Dec

11th Dec received below notification:

"Returning to Sender 

UPS initiated contact with the sender to obtain clearance information. Once received, UPS will submit for clearance. / The package will be returned to the sender. 

Hamburg, Germany"

12th Dec following notification from UPS:

"10:09 Returned 

Parcel was returned to the sender

Hamburg, Germany."

Contacted Fanatec who eventually replied asking if I still wanted the delivery. I said yes. Then subsequent emails asking for my address again.

Then on 19th Dec I received an email from Fanatec saying - "The status of your order 2072500 placed on 18/12/2024 is currently being prepared for shipment."

A new order number had been created (2072500) - they said this was a re-shipment, not a new order and this is reflected on my account on the Fanatec website.

It's now 26th December and I've not had delivery or any subsequent email about the status of this order.

Fanatac? - What is happening with this order?
