When will Fanatec go out ob business?! They sold me a broken DD+ a month a go with no response from support. Haven't they improved on their support response times?

The biggest problem is that i bought a DD at launch and i got one that was cogging and had coil whine, and now almost a year later i bought one againt and got the same problems. And Fanatec keeps telling that they improved production lines and support response times and driver updates etc... Everything is still the same that it was before!
I just got an automated rma response which doesn't help me in any way! Do support even read the tickets?
