Podium endurance module crashes.
The Endurance module crashes at irregular intervals. I can only continue driving after restarting the Wheelbase (DD+), as there is no force feedback after the crash. I only drive on PC. Has anyone else experienced this issue in this forum?

What driver and firmware are you using?
The latest driver 464.
does crash happen also if you disable the itm ?
I have created a profile with ITM in Fanalab. However, ITM really does not work close from Fanalab the module jumps to Lagacy
Should I deactivate the ITM function?
Does it make a difference if it is activated in the profile?
The PBME freezes. ITM doesn’t work anyway, for whatever reason. If you look at it that way, the module cannot be used as described.
I ran this a lil bit last week with Podium Hub and Advanced Podium Paddles. Ran it with Fanalabs and it seemed to work fine in Either AMS2 or LMU. I can't remember which, but I assume LMU didn't work because lots of things don't work with LMU yet.
I'll run it again over the weekend and see if i find any issues.
not 100% sure if that issue what user talks are in side the Podium Hub self.
i don't have the Podium endurance module, but because off limitation the Podium Hub.
the Podium endurance module does have own control chip inside.
Summary:
Game: iRacing
Base: DD+
Wheel: Podium Endurance Module
Driver: 464
Issue: Intermittent Force Feedback failures. LEDs and display freeze, shifting becomes unresponsive, but steering remains functional without feedback.
Workaround: Restart the wheelbase.
Root Cause: Unknown
I am also unable to access the ITM menu, despite it being enabled in Fanalab. However, this is a secondary concern. The recurring failures make racing impossible and are unacceptable to me.
I deactivated the ITM all day today and completed two 60-minute races without my endurance module crashing. I will continue to monitor the situation. For now, I agree with the proposed solution. Thank you.
However, FANATEC must address the issue, as it seems to be related to the telemetry.
I’ve now tested everything and haven’t encountered any issues after several sessions. I can confirm that the problem is indeed related to the ITM function. Thank you, and I wish you a great start to the new year!
hi,
i also got the Podium Button Module Endurance (FW24) at the Podium Hub (FW6) running at a DD2 on my PC with Fanatec SW 464.
My BME gets lost only during online Sessions with ACC and Automobilista2, after 1-2 Rounds Display and LEDs are freezing and all Buttons do not work. At the Fanalab (v2.01.58) BME disappear and only Podium Hub ist available. Disconnect and Reconnect Wheel works, but only for the next 1-2 Rounds (tested in Qualifying, at Race it worked for at least 8 Rounds ?).
Testing everything offline: in both games no problems.
addition: Running without Fanalab everything is ok also online
