CSL DD was not being detected, randomly freezes momentarily after resolving
Problem started out of the blue yesterday,
While driving the wheel will occasionally pause where it is, often at a particular point (around 5 degrees to the right, but not always). after roughly 0.5-1 second it will go back to normal.
I have tried unplugging and restarting wheel base, wheel rims, and pc. I have reseated wheel shafter and clamp. still happens every couple of minutes.
started after updating to 464 driver because wheel stopped being detected by computer. Very weird as it was used for many hours by multiple people the other night, and was not responding the next morning.
Updating drivers and then firmware things went back to normal, but the temporary disconnect started straight away

Bienvenue au club 😭si tu trouve une soluce je suis preneur depuis novembre je suis dans ce cas
Try changing the usb cable & port. Or try with the alternative clamp
We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue! It sounds like there may be a connection or calibration glitch after the driver update. We recommend checking the cable connections again to ensure everything is secure, especially after the firmware update. It might also help to reinstall the 464 driver to make sure it’s properly configured. If the issue persists, you could try rolling back to a previous driver to see if that resolves the temporary disconnects or, if needed, contact our support team for further assistance. Best, your Fanatec team.
