they don't respond to my tickets and i have a rustling problem inside the wheel base as if a magnet

Hi, I recently started to hear a rustling inside my Fanatec CSL DD (8NM) wheel base as if a magnet was touching something inside. I tried to open a ticket to solve this problem since my base is still under warranty but no one has answered me for a couple of months. How could I solve the problem please give me a hand

    Hi Alessio! If you haven’t already done so, please reach out to our Support Team by logging into your account and clicking on the support button next to your products. Go to "My Account" > "My Products", where you can select the product(s) in question and open a ticket by clicking the "Support" button (if the support ticket is greyed out, make sure to add the product's serial number by clicking on "Add serial number/invoice”).
