Please tell me, my SQ V1.5 sequencer does not run on PlayStation using Podium BMR, but works fine on PC and XB mode, is this normal? Or do I have to wait for the firmware update?

We understand your concern, and we’re here to help! The SQ V1.5 shifter working on PC and Xbox modes but not on PlayStation is expected behavior due to compatibility limitations between certain hardware and PlayStation systems. Unfortunately, PlayStation compatibility often depends on specific firmware and licensing agreements, so the functionality may be limited in this case.
The good news is that firmware updates can sometimes expand compatibility or improve performance, so it’s worth keeping an eye on our updates page. In the meantime, if you have any questions or need guidance, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to assist! Best, your Fanatec team.
This is a firmware bug, you need to wait for a fix.
Thanks for the reply, it reassures me
Hi, the topic below (tracking this exact issue) seems not to show? Why is this?
I'm tracking this as its also important to me, and an issue present since purchase in 2023.
Fanatec advised that this issue was resolved internally in May 2024, and the fix just had to be released. Can we please get a more encouraging update please, with a timescale - given Fanatec have already identified and resolved internally 8 months ago

Yeah I'm looking into the Monte Carlo Rally wheel, but if it won't work with the thousands of dollars of FANATEC equipment that I already own & currently works on PS5 (ALL GAMES) I'm not interested. This should have been tested thoroughly before release & placement of the 'PS Ready' badge on their website.
