Wheel dd2 and pedals v3 problemas.

Hello, it's going to cost me a bit to explain all this. I have a fanatec dd2 steering wheel from 3 years ago, bought second hand, semi-new, never gave any failure until a few days ago. I was playing and suddenly, when I hit it hard, the ff stopped. Reading I saw that it could be the power supply, because mine stops and then turns on and the wheel works but the same problem continues with the strong ff it stops. I tried the power supply at a friend's house and it works fine, I couldn't take the dd2 base. I also have some v3 pedals from more than 4 years ago that a friend gave me. Yesterday, while testing firmware and drivers thinking that it could be the problem, the v3 pedals stopped working, what was missing 😥... Now I am left without a steering wheel or pedals, reading they also say that the Pcba runs out of power, I tried connecting with jc12 and USB and on other PCs and nothing... Putting other firmware drivers and nothing either. What should I do? I am sad, disappointed and angry.

you not help much here, does you issue started happen with latest drivers?
does it happen also older drivers?
to you notice if it caused by Fanalab ?
I was just trying to fix my problem with the dd2, trying other firmware and older drivers, and in the end the v3 pedals also broke... Because of the firmware. What I've read in other posts. My question is, could it be the dd2's fault? Could it be that my power supply works on a dd1 and not on my dd2?
As for the pedals, I think I'll have to order another PCB... If they want to send it. But I have no idea about the dd2.
dd1 and dd2 have same powersupply, if it work at your friend place, then i really doupt its a power supply self
also what game you play?. to you try some other game ?
If in several games, also without any game on, you turn the steering wheel by applying force and when you release it, it stops and the v3 pedals are not recognized by Windows.
i not even have they v3 pedals, so dunno about that. i'm sacred buy those from them by look the failure what they been constantly have with loadcell
and yes there is some reports also from people when they update they pedals, then it broke the pedals

if you are long time customer, you should know that already that they to have been issues sometimes with they products or you self just trolling atm

Now I have realized that the purchase of the dd2 was in 05/2020 and I have seen that Fanatec with the dd2 has a 5-year warranty, I will have to add the product correctly.
