Return brand new BMW M3 GT2 V2 wheel

I purchased a new BMW wheel 12/18 (order 2072560), and when delivered there were 3 buttons that were very very very loose and needed to be fixed. I emailed Fanatec, but have not gotten an RMA to send the new wheel and QR2 back for a full refund.
Can somebody on the Fanatec side send me an RMA and return shipping information so that I can return this wheel and QR2 for a full refund before my return window closes?

Return window can't be closed if you already send them message. if they delay the message it's not your fault
also they already actually tell in public that they to have holiday, so stuff currently may slower than usual

well, i been comment this before, you can todo with PC allot things
play the games, sometimes look the Forum, then sometimes Develop the shit. look the movies, or waste your time for useless youtube videos . you name it. we don't really live anymore in age where PC can todo only one thing at time
there was in old days indeed that PC was so potato's that you was able todo one thing at time
and i to know that some even still use those very old hardware's
Also to you look the calendar ? there are actually allot industrial company's in world who have Holidays, and its not only Fanatec
regular shops not even have those usually

While I agree you shouldn't listen to that guy (it's difficult enough anyway with the broken English), he was correct with his initial comment.
The important part regarding the return period is not when Fanatec replies. It's when they received it. So you should be in the clear.
I am aware of that - I posted in the Forum as I had seen responses in the last 2 weeks from Fanatec employees to posted messages asking for RMA updates etc., so I'm assuming that the Forum posts will be seen and responded to quicker than my emails.
You should start putting your posts thru AI before you post them to the forums so that you can get some help with your limited English comprehension.

Unfortunately, these responses here didn't do anything for the progress of the support ticket. At least that's been my experience so far
Have you read their messages or not? they have a holiday and after next week the process will go back to normal

Your ticket was one of the ones that I had reviewed that had been responded to over the holiday break.
Not really. I did get a reply 4 days after opening the ticket, but it was 100% useless (like our friend Allan comments here, only in proper English) and looked like it was sent by someone who needed to put a checkmark in the tracking system that they "responded".
Since then, there has been no communication from Fanatec
