Throttle calibration

I have a GT DD Pro. I've calibrated throttle in both, Fanatec App and Iracing. When testing, graphs seem ok: pushing throttle at 50% the bar graph shows a 50% input.

But when driving, I get to max car revs when throttle is about 30%. I've tested in differents cars. And when in full throttle I lift to about 80-70% and car revs doesn't go down.

It is a normal behavior?
