Ordered a wheel - was charged but no confirmation, reached out to Fanatec... Took awhile but they did email me back, then transferred me to the 'Financial Team' crickets ever since.
Holidays so I am being patient, upset this is still an issue after this long; but it is what it is.. Suppose we call this the "Fanatec Tax"..

depends what you mean by that, but they to been fix issues years actually
for example releasing the Direct Drive what allows better game experience compared old gear stuff
