Analog Stick Clubsport RS

Hi, I’ve received the ClubSport RS. So far, everything seems fine, but in iRacing, the analog stick doesn’t register 50% correctly when in the neutral position as it should. The Fanatec Control Panel doesn’t show the joystick movement percentages, so I don’t have other reference points to compare. Should I consider the product defective? Thanks.

Video of the problem:

for me it looks more like they firmware or drivers is actually little buggy
i notice this sometime ago already that center is not fully 0
it does show -78 value in directX input when i use range 10000
it is possible of course also temporarily calibrate but by default that value is off from center
by default directx does not use raw because it uses the int, iracing show also raw value for better understanding
and -1 is not the center, 0 is
but are you talking about the wheel itself? my problem is the analog stick
i talk about the analog stick, and i to have different steering wheel with exact same problem
like i tell already, its either the drivers or firmware what causes this
that analog stick , does have the Y and the X, by looking the data X is messed up but Y self is ok
that bug is been so long that some customers may think it's not even a bug anymore or they just don't know because regular customers are not even developers
THis site recognizes Fanatec gear, at least some and would show analog axis response and button presses
https://hardwaretester.com/gamepad
but it does not help anything, user already know that there is issue because even iracing self shows that
it does show here that its out off center position
my Formula v2.5 x have exact same problem
if not get what that Raw -1 is then its that
