need help with some returns

This has been going on for over a month. I have two different issues.


I need to send a DD Pro wheelbase back for repair because one of the connectors has come loose which renders the pedals unusable. So far two replies from Fanatec and even though I explained the issue I cannot get a resolution. ticket number 2008010481. So please someone get back to me, I need the RMA so I could return this item for repair and I will pay for the repair as its out of warranty.


The second issue is that I need to return some items I purchased a little less than two weeks ago. I emailed Fanatec about receiving return instructions and they still have not gotten back to me at all. Ticket number 2008035965. So please if someone can take care of this. The response so far has been similar to talking to a wall.
