Formula V2.5x wheel updates error

I got my setup a few days ago and when I got it set up, it was working fine. Yesterday I saw that the wheel base and wheel needed an update. So I updated the base and the pc firmware. But when I tried to update the wheel, no matter what I do, it would always say error: update image not found. And it would stop at different percents. I don’t know what to do to fix the problem. I’ve contacted FANATEC support but they haven’t responded to me and my return period is coming up. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
