CSL Elite 1.1 not recognized by PC

Hello,

i got a wheelbase from a friend to fix it. Its the CSL Elite 1.1 with a broken usb port. I resoldered a port and testet the 4 connections to the usb chip. They all work fine. Also the USB Cable is working.

When i start the Wheelbase its calibrating (one direction, other direction middle) and the rev lights are blinking up . Then they stay at 3 red and 3 yellow ones. The mode led is red (PC MODE) and i can't find the wheel at my PC. i tried different ports and different fanatec drivers. Do i need to connect a Wheel to the base? (I only got the base ATM and no QR1 Wheel).
