order cancelation
On December 19 2024 i pre ordered a one the bundle offers the available date was set for January 4 then I was informed that the available date was set for Jan 19 that means i would have to wait a whole month before shipping . Sadley i cancelled my order I only wish now that someone will send me an email to comfirm cancelation and refund proccess.

Hey Olivia, I cancelled my order 2 days ago on the 4th of jan, because I made the wrong order and need to reorder the correct things.
It's still showing as red in the status and 'open'. I didn't get any cancellation confirmation email. Is this normal?
