Hello everyone.

The other day I went to update the firmware of my steering wheel but this failure.

Now it shows me that it has firmware 0. I try to update the steering wheel again, manually, but it tells me that it does not find the file...

Searching a bit through the forums, I found that they posted this firmware for the steering wheel.

I try to update the firmware manually, I insert the file but it tells me that it is not valid.

file but it tells me that it is not valid and that it needs an .EFF file.

I do not have this file.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

I opened a support ticket but I have not received a reply yet.

restart base at least one time, there could be a bug in some drivers where it may show 0

if that docent help, you may need wait answer from support

  • Hello, good morning.

What do you mean by restarting the base? Turning it off and on?

The base works perfectly. It is detected without problems and functional.

The problem is in the steering wheel. It doesn't even turn on the little screen it has, it doesn't show anything and what's more, I can't switch to Xbox mode which is really where I usually play.

  • what i talk is that software may have issue by show correct firmware version, the base restart may help some scenarios.

if it does not help then there is not much what you can todo self about that problem.
