Clubsport V3 pedals not responding

DD pro 8nm Base, McLaren gt3 v2 wheel, clubsport V3 pedals, PS5 console.

The pedals stopped responding, no brakes or accelerator input showing on screen. The wheel and all it's buttons work as normal.

I have unplugged and reinstalled all the cable connectors, disconnected the power and reconnected, No Change.

Connected it to my PC and used the Fanatec control panel to reload drivers to current, but no change. No input from pedals showing on the Fanatec control panel.

Also attempted Driver Repair in the help section but no change!

Submitted Support ticket, but no response nor any acknowledgement of ticket received or any reply.

Wheel Base 1.3.0.1

Wheel Base motor 1.0.3.2

Steering wheel 47

Quick release 6.0.1.1

Please advise on best way to resolve this soon, I have important races coming up.

    Also, is there any phone support available, the number I was able to find, 0049 871 9221 299, is no longer valid when I attempted to call this morning between 14:00 to 16:00

    hopefully you didn’t have pedals connected to the base w the RJ cable and a pc using USB at the same time? That would fry the pedal controller

  • Same problem. Connected properly. Not going to bother with support, it is a waste of my time as I STILL have 2 unresolved problems going back to MAY 2024.

  • Having the same issue. Plugged it in correctly worked for a week, then nothing. Then a day later worked for a bit, tried again a few hours later then nothing. Anyone have any input on this?
