Pedal (throttle) not work but with restart is all ok

Hello, I have now had my accelerator pedal suddenly stop working twice during the race. After restarting the base, it worked without any problems for a good two hours (I then went offline) and without any dropouts. I've had this phenomenon twice now with the DD+.
I didn't install a new driver, everything was out of the box after purchasing it in November.
Last year I had the problem that my accelerator pedal didn't work at all, but one of my DD Pro's socket at the back where you plug the So far it has only happened twice with a total time of about 15 hours. Or should I check the cables?

Will a new driver help with the dropouts? So far it has only happened twice with a total time of about 15 hours. Or should I check the cables?
Thank for help and idea

did you check the cables under the pedal plate that connect the individual pedals to the control unit are in securely? maybe try unplug and replug to seat them properly
Hey there! It sounds like you've encountered an intermittent issue with your accelerator pedal, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be during a race. Given that you haven't updated your firmware yet, it's possible that updating it could resolve some of the issues you're experiencing, especially if there have been improvements or fixes related to your specific setup. However, since you mentioned not having a PC, it might be a bit tricky to do that directly unless you can access a PC or have a friend assist with the update.
In the meantime, checking your cables is a good idea, particularly the RJ cable connection between the pedals and the base. Even though it has worked fine for a few hours, a loose or slightly damaged cable could cause intermittent issues like the ones you’ve described. Ensure the connection is secure and that the cable isn’t pinched or showing any signs of wear.
Lastly, while it’s unlikely that the pedals themselves are the issue, making sure that the CSL Elite pedal's connections are firmly attached to the base and that there’s no dust or debris in the ports could help prevent future issues. Best, your Fanatec team.
Thank you both for your support, I will update the pedals and base. Yesterday I also had two interruptions at the beginning. After that it ran for 4 hours without any problems
Hi Dennis! We’re really glad you found the suggestions helpful. It's great to hear that the pedals ran smoothly for a while after the interruptions. Updating both the pedals and the base will definitely help improve your experience and may resolve the issue if there’s been any firmware-related improvements. We hope that after the update, you’ll see even better performance.
We believe that with a little fine-tuning, your setup will be running even more smoothly in no time! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any more advice or assistance in the future. Best, your Fanatec team.
