CSL Elite pedals are not detected in game [Playstation]

Hi everyone !
First post here, pretty new to sim racing. My first experience with fanatec equipment has not been quite the love story.
The Facts :
A few days ago, i got tempted by a second hand CSL Elite F1 set (PS4 Ready). From the seller everything is in perfect condition. I trust him he seemed a passionate simracer.
The Issue :
Pedals are not detected in game on PS4, I tried ACC and something called My first Gran Turismo. The wheel base works perfectly fine, I can control everything from the F1 steering wheel. What's weird is when I connect the pedals to my PC laptop, the pedals are detected by the Fanatec Control Panel, I can press bothe gas and pedal looks fine i can see the blue from 0 to 100%
Software installed :
Pc driver 464 / Firmware wheel base 693 / Firmware Motor 22 / Firmware Pedals 1.13
Hardware :
CSL ELite Wheel Base (https://fanatec.com/eu-en/csl-elite-f1-set-officially-licensed-for-ps4) and steering wheel included. The Pedals are those included plus the Load cell Kit. so I have 3 pedals total. sadly the clutch/former brake pedal is not working either even connected to PC but this is less of a concern for me right now.
RJ12 are brand new (got 2 from amazon as previous owner told the one included was on and off)
What I Tried to fix the issue :
it's been 3 days now, I read every posts here that look similar but no success, I tried flashing firmware, tried plugging in all possible orders, powering at different moments, tried calibration in fanatec control panel. Tried diconnect and reconnect the pedals rj12 to load cell brain. I don't know what to do guys... my 7yo is looking at me " dad the previous one was so cool (G29) why did you buy this one instead ? "
Usually I managed to get things work on my own but this time I need your help.
Thanks for reading me, cheers !
Comments
I Found the culprit : Load cell brain rj12 port is weak, the wheel base one.
So I ziptied the cable in the only direction and with enough tension to make the connection and finally get a signal. I don't know how long it will hold but it certianly is not super satisfying as a solution.
Is it a part that can be replaced the rj12 port?
