Clubsport V3 throttle pedal sensor issue

Currently have a case open but almost impossible to get resolution.

Throttle jumps all over the place. Did the first set of troubleshooting by cleaning the sensor area.
I can move the cable that connects the sensor to the rj11 connector and see the throttle move up and down, its definitely isolated to the sensor itself. It has a loose wire.
I've have a few emails with Dani from support and they asked me to send the purchase and serial number since cleaning the sensor didn't work. It's been over a week since then and have sent two follow up emails to get some sort of answer.
Are you sending me a new sensor, is the sensor out of stock, is it covered under warranty, do I have to buy it?
Don't really care at this point if I have to purchase the sensor I just want it taken care of.
My son races Karts and his season is coming up and has been without his Sim for 3-4 weeks now.
Had I known that this company would have the worst tech support ever I'd had gone with another company.
If I can't get a response and resolution to the issue in a few days I'm writing to the BBB and filing a complaint.
This probably wont go anywhere since they operate out of the US but at this point I'm at a loss.
Looking at other post on this forum this seems to be a common theme.
