CSL DD throttle with CSL Elite brake

Is it possible to connect CSL Elite pedals brake to CSL DD throtthle and then connect them to a CSL Elite base?
Fanatec website says that CSL Elite is compatible with CSL DD pedals but not sure if mixing pedals would also work.
