Brand new steering wheel CSL P1 V2 not working (no lights and buttons)

Hi guys, I have an issue with the steering wheel I received - I bought the CSL DD QR2 bundle, everything seem to be perfect before I plug the wheel onto the base, and the firmware look completely bricked. I don't even see the firmware in the Fanatec Control Panel. (I see the three other firmwares and version (wheel, motor, and QR)

I checked everything I could find online, I did: reset drivers, uninstalled devices, reinstalled everything, etc. but it looks like something went wrong during the firmware updates, the steering wheel is detected in the Fanatec Control Panel, but then nothing, when I plug it, there is light, the pins are good and I verified the clamp as I saw it could be an issue; anyway, I have contacted the support but still no reply, I'm a bit frustrated of course, was hoping having fun when I received my stuff, I don't know how long they take to reply.. I saw a lot of people having the same issue..

Thanks for taking time to read, and I I wish I could bring some help and ressources for the same persons experiencing the same thing than me in the future.

    CSL P1 V2 does not have its own firmware.

    Yes I realized that. that's why I can't update anything. But I believe my wheel just doesn't work. I have lights when I plug it in the screen but nothing after, no CAL, nothing. it just doesn't work, but it's detected when I plug it. (I mean the panel detects a wheel being plugged)

    I even tried on another computer
