DD PRO with older Codemasters Titles???

I know that there is a way for older Codemasters titles to use new wheels but i do not know what to edit. I think i need to do some changes to actionmap and forcefeedback folder of the game that i want to use.
To be honest i wanna use my DD Pro,V3 Pedals and USB Shifter to play Dirt 2(2009) and Grid(2008)
Anyone has some preconfigured files or a tutorial?

I have Dirt 2 working also but, it is hit and miss with that one, can't get it to reliably detect Fanatec wheelbase every time in the "Load Peconfigered Profile" in Game (PIA). You can try to get it going with my configs from google drive.

Thanks bro, Grid is working without problems with these configs.
Dirt 2 on the other hand doesn't seem to recognise my wheel at all. Guess i will be using the controller.
Here is an update to Colin McRae Dirt 2 configs to use FANATEC DD WHEELS, support for DD1, DD2, CSL DD, CS DD, CS DD+ and maybe more, comes with instructions on procedure to install and get working (Had to disable all existing controllers except for Keyboard in default game to allow Fanatec Wheel Base detection to work).
Really weird, if the configs have to many entries or certain entries for other controllers, detection of FANATEC Wheel bases will not happen.
