How can I contact customer service?
I already sent a malfunctioning Clubsport Hub v2 back to fanatec for exchange/repair but upon return the unit still does not work properly. How can I contact customer support directly for advice on what to do next? I would rather not simply fill out yet another repair ticket, I would like some direct feedback.

My first ticket never registered. This was just before they went through their financial troubles, so I'd figured that they had gone out of business. Fast forward 11 months to where Corsair bought them, and I submitted another ticket. It took about a month to back get to me. Once you get the email confirming the ticket, you can request updates by replying to that email. Be persistent. They will forget about you if you don't remind them you are still waiting.
Having said that, my issue is still not resolved. I'm having the issue where the shifter and buttons stop responding. It's basically unusable. I really wish I'd bough Moza at this point.
I feel you man, I was going to go with SimMagic but decided to take a chance with Fanatec because their FFB is so highly rated. Most of what I ordered from them works fine but this hub is broken. I like the performance I get with my Fanatec gear but they still are having quality control problems and slow, clunky customer support. I probably should have gone with Simmagic after all.
