Issues With V2 Handbrake and no response from Customer Support.

Received my V2 handbrake early to mid January. Thought it was tight to begin with, little travel compared to input metering expectations in game. About a month in, had a connection issue pop up but res-eating the cables at both ports fixed it and it was reading. Though the handle would occasionally stick, not returning to "0" Other issues include the pivot bolt constantly coming loose, before eventually breaking from tightening. Eventually fell out mid pull causing minor damage to the adjustment teeth for angle position. Trip to the hardware store fixed the cheap part. The sticking and odd play got worse.
Two weeks ago, the handebrake was sending variable but constant input as seen in multiple games without being touched. it would intermittently read 100% with no force applied, then it would read force applied from 14% to 34%, which I could compensate with deadzone. Then, it seemed to resolve itself with the exception of free play and handle sticking. Reading correctly and matching travel 100% expectation in game calibration.
3 days ago, it stopped sending input in the middle of a race. Hasn't worked since then. No cable swaps worked, so no cable issues. When the misreading first started, I opened a support request that still has not been responded to. Added the new issues to the support ticket.
Any ideas on what's wrong? A fix? A better way to contact support for US issues/Warranty?

What FW versions are you running on the base? the FW in driver 464 was supposedly needed for the HB V2
