How do I know if my support tickets have been received? How do I track?
Hi,
I submitted 2 support tickets for my McLaren GT3 V2 wheel. It will not go past wanting to flash the firmware.
Is there any way to track this as I did not receive any confirmation emails?

Same situation on my side. No ticket number, no email confirmation, but worse: no feedback at all from Fanatec! Very upsetting.
How do we know that our issues are being addressed? At this point my wheel is bricked. Would be nice if someone from Fanatec would chime in.

I submitted two support tickets regarding my McLaren GT3 V2 wheel, but it won’t progress past the firmware flashing step.
I haven’t received any confirmation emails— is there a way to track the status? Just like in Run 3, I’d rather keep moving forward than get stuck in an endless loop! Any help would be appreciated.
